By using EZPZ Follow-Up, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable policies we publish.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Continued use of the platform after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Your account is your responsibility, and you should take reasonable steps to keep it secure and up to date.

Provide accurate registration details and promptly update information if it changes.
Keep credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or unusual activity.
You are responsible for actions taken under your account unless we have been notified about a security concern.

We built EZPZ Follow-Up to streamline customer outreach. Please use it in ways that respect customers, teammates, and the law.

Follow all applicable laws, including those related to consumer communications, privacy, and data security.
Do not misuse the platform for spam, harassment, discrimination, or any activity that could disrupt service for others.
Use provided features and integrations in accordance with their documentation and any third-party terms that apply.

We safeguard customer data with care. You also play a role in protecting the information shared through your account.

Customer and contact data you upload remains your responsibility. Ensure you have permission to store and communicate with those contacts.
We may process and store data in order to provide and improve the service, consistent with our privacy practices.
Deleting data or accounts may not immediately remove all backups or logs, but we will follow reasonable retention schedules.

If your plan includes paid features, charges will follow the subscription details shared at sign-up or renewal.

Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are outlined in your order form or subscription settings.
Taxes, currency conversions, and payment processor fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of service until balances are resolved.

EZPZ Follow-Up retains rights to the platform, brand, and underlying technology. You keep rights to your content and data.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service.
Do not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the platform except where permitted by law.
Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

You may stop using EZPZ Follow-Up at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that threaten security, violate these terms, or abuse the platform.
Upon termination, access to data and features may be limited. Export information you need before closing an account when possible.
Certain provisions, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, survive termination.

We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

EZPZ Follow-Up is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind unless required by law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, where allowed by law.

We may update the platform and these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or business needs.

Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email when feasible.
If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
